Due to the intimate nature of our products, we have a strict return policy to ensure the health and safety of all our customers. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products unless they are defective.

Defective Items

If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will require video proof of the defect to process a replacement. Once verified, we will dispatch a brand new replacement immediately.

Return Process

To initiate a return for a defective item:

  1. Contact our support team via WhatsApp or Email.
  2. Provide your order number and a brief description of the issue.
  3. Attach a video demonstrating the defect.
  4. Upon verification, we will arrange for the replacement.
