We take privacy seriously. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no logos or branding that would indicate the contents. The sender name on the label is generic.
We currently accept M-Pesa payments. You will be prompted to pay via M-Pesa after placing your order, or you can pay on delivery if applicable (terms apply).
Due to the intimate nature of our products, we do not accept returns on used or opened items. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 48 hours for a replacement.
